About Us

Regaliso is an online pet store selling toys, grooming and care products, and accessories for dogs and cats. Our address is 7C Armed Forces Movement Square, 2800-171 Almada, Portugal.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order on our website. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

Products and Descriptions

We try to describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen, and minor differences in packaging or design may occur. Our products are intended for pets and must be used as directed. Please supervise your pet with toys and accessories, and choose sizes that suit your pet.

Pricing

All prices are shown in euros (€) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs, if any, are shown at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed. If a price is clearly displayed in error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full.

Placing an Order

Your order is an offer to buy from us. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email or dispatch your items. We may decline or cancel an order, for example due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud, and we will refund any payment made.

Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times and charges are explained in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you once the order is delivered to the address you provided.
